Titanium was first known as "Menachite", titanium was re-named 200 years ago by Dr. Martin H. Klaproth, who referred named it after thee giants of Greek mythology, the Titans. Its atomic number is 22, with the atomic weight being 47.9. Titanium is completely neutral to the human body and is frequently used in the medical field to replace heart valves, and bones. Because of its neutrality, it is also excellent for use as jewelry. Titanium is used in sports, industry, as well as having numerous medical applications. Aircraft grade titanium alloys are about 3 times stronger than basic steel, and approximately 45% lighter. They are much more durable than gold, silver, or platinum. The ring was a replacement for a lost wedding band for my husband. First of all, its better looking than our original.. ALso its light weight and durable.

The ring looks great and it's worth every penny - excellent value. The company, Toltec Trading, however, didn't even bother to response to an e-mail I sent concerning another of its products. I guess it's definitely ok to buy Toltec's products as long as not much customer service is expected.

I was extremely pleased with the ring! It is masculine, yet lightweight and my husband loves it. I asked for standard shipping, yet the delivery was much quicker than expected! I am very happy with the service and quality!

I bought this ring for my husband to replace his wedding ring he lost. It looked alot like the original ring which was white gold. I was a little concerned how it would look since the price seemed very reasonable. This ring is as beautiful as the picture shows. Very nice quality. My husband absolutely loves it, more than the gold one I believe. My son who is in his thirties loves it as well. He has commented when he gets married he wants a titanium ring for a wedding band. Everyone my husband shows the ring to things it is really cool.

I purchased this ring for my husband. It is very nice looking and is true to size. It was a perfect fit. It's Titanium, therefore we expect it to be strong and outlast any previous ring he had. He works with his hands, so he needs something durable. The ring is beautiful and seems to withstand his physical job.
