I bought this for my daughter's 11th birthday as her first 'special' necklace from Mom and Dad. She absolutely loves it and wears it nearly 24/7 at school, activities and home. The heart looks much prettier in person than in the displayed picture. It has a delicate appearance and the stones look very real - if you didn't know they were cz you would think they were small pave diamonds; the sterling is a perfect compliment to the cz. Very appropriate chain length and overall look for a young (pre-teen/tween) lady. The chain is relatively thin but fits beautifully with the delicate look of the heart and has been very sturdy. I was able to purchase at an Amazon reduced price and it was well worth it.

The only issue I had was no way was this item worth a retail of $200+ dollars. I believe I received the value I paid for the item, but I feel the advertised retail was totally inflated.
